You might be hurting.  You might be confused.  You might wonder why things are so tough.  You might not understand what the purpose of your troubles are.  You may want to give up.  You may want to quit.


Fight for you.  Fight for sanity.  Fight for freedom.  Fight for your life.

You’re not the only one.  You are not in this alone.  Everyone has something they’re struggling with.  Hey.  It’s a crazy world.  We’re all in this.

Find a way to unwind.  Take it easy, don’t go too fast.  Don’t let the springs loose, control the energy.  Take some time for you.  Meditate. Pray. Be grateful. Listen to music. Read a book. Watch a movie. Eat great food.  Treat yourself to dessert.  Go outside and breathe some fresh air.  If the air’s not fresh around you – find a place with fresh air and breathe there for awhile.

Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.  And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”  Philippians 4:6-7
