So, what is sac­ri­fice, any­way?  To me, sac­ri­fice is a medal that you earn doing some­thing extra­or­di­nary for oth­ers, but you don’t wear it around your neck.  This medal, while com­mend­able, is kept secret.  Some­one else may find it, and tell oth­ers, and that’s okay.  It’s your job to keep it to yourself.
